The Farewell Project

As the third classes are about to leave our school I asked them to prepare short clips in which they will present their passions to their peers. Let me share some of them with you all:

Hi everybody!
Class IC prepared some great films in which they were supposed to teach me something interesting that they can do. I must say I found some of those things pretty complicated. See for yourselves.

Daniel's hobby

Back in 2009, when I was 8 years old, with the help of my dad, I made my first website. I made it by copying certain website elements, and customizing them. Being only text, it was very primitive and easy to make. In the future, I would like to make an online game written in HTML5.

The weather has been playing nasty tricks with us. One day it loos like spring, on another you wake up to see lots of snow covering trees, buszes, fences and roofs of buildings.
The English love talking about the weather beacause in Britain it is  changeable as well. They also have a huge range of expressions and idioms using vocabulary connected with climate and weather conditions. Here you can see a few. What do they mean?

At last a picture of Dominik's robot has reached us ! Here we are. Isn't it intriguing?

Tuesday 20 January 2015

Hi all!
How are you in the New Year? Have you made any New Year resolutions? I have but they are top secret.

From today on Class IC will support me in editting this blog, so here is what Dominik has written about a robot he built some time ago.

Two years ago I built a robot. It wasn't very big. I made him using Lego Mindstorm brick set. I couls easily steer him using my phone or my computer. Building a robot from Lego blocks isn't complicated. In the future I"d like to build a robot from scratch, not using Lego.

I used to attach a camera to my robot and I had a lot of fun with it. It was a great experience.

Dominik promised to send us a photo of his robot. We are looking forward to seeing it.

In the meantime here is a link to the story The Crazy Computer for klas I E, who are working on a project connected with it:
