Hi again,
About a  week ago IG presented little sketches about the generation gap between teenagers and theirn parents. They were very funny, indeed and Miśka has sent me a photo of Błażej a la Magda Gessler.
We had a lot of fun watching him with this lovely wig on his head.

I wonder what you think of it. But I'm sure it will help you to learn Present Continuous Tense and enetrtain you at the same time.

Hello!
Today is The Guy Fawkes Day. The English tradition of bonfires and fireworks on this day is very old and is connectred with the famous Gunpowder Plot in 1605. Learn more about it from the post below:

Hello,
A lot has happened in our school lately. First of all II F has handed in their wonderful projects about charity campaigns. I must say that in this respect you can always count on them: their projects are always impressive. I have made some photographs so that you can see and admire them yourselves:

And Wojtek prepared a wonderful "Cheer-up" board game. I'm sure anybody who will play it will be in very good mood.

And on Thursday we talked about Halloween traditions in English-speaking countries. We decided that our All Saints' Day is absolutely amazing so there is no need to replace it by English or American Halloween. However it is good to know more about their customs because they belong to English and American culture.

Patryk from IIE made some fantastic Halloween chocolate spider webs. It took us about 90 seconds to eat them all. Delicious!!!
But before Halloween  the first classes practiced English tenses singing the famous "Yellow Submarine" by The Beatles. They also drew an illustration for the song on the board. You can see the one produced by IG here:

And the choir:

For the engineers-to-be the class is extremely artistic!!!
